Happy Mail for Chocolate Lovers

Wow, hard to believe that one year ago I was getting ready to launch Happy Mail for Chocolate Lovers.  Waiting to see if it would be a thing.  Nervous, anxious, but mostly super excited.

Envelopes, ready to go into the mail!

What is Happy Mail for Chocolate Lovers?  Simply put, it is a monthly subscription that celebrates all things chocolate through art and creativity.

With subscriptions starting at just $5 a month and going up to $55 a month there are options to suit every need and budget.

You can join at any level and change it easily when you want or need.  It’s simple, sign up and then let me do the rest.  If you sign up in March you also get bonus mail, so even if you only sign up for Digital Bytes you will receive a little surprise via snail mail.  If you are already a member you get the bonus anyway!

Some of the Digital Bytes that have gone out.

Here is a brief overview of each of the options for joining.

Digital Bytes – $5 a month – a twice monthly email that includes fun things and downloads created just for Happy Mail.  Past months have included pdfs, colouring pages, word searches, DIY videos, printable art, playlists, printable DIY envelopes, recipes, calendars, and phone wallpapers.  It varies each month and is sure to bring a smile to your face when it arrives in your inbox.

Occasional Treats – $11 a month – receive an envelope every 3 months full of goodies in the mail, Digital Bytes included.  Each envelope will hold fun items that are unique and celebrate all things chocolate.

Happy Mail Monthly Envelope – $27 (within Canada) or $31 (international) per month – A monthly envelope that arrives full of surprises celebrating chocolate, Digital Bytes included.  Each envelope contains a variety of items celebrating chocolate.  Some months have a theme and others are a bit more free-flowing.  Items have included postcards, mini paintings, cards, notebooks, stickers, beeswax wraps, valentines, reusable make-up pads, DIY beaded projects, 3D cacao flowers, sun prints and so much more.

Choc-ful of Goodies – $55 a month – A monthly envelope geared to all of you with chocolate businesses.  This envelope arrives with 20-25 small items (2-3 different items in multiples) that you can do with as you wish, perfect for adding to subscription boxes, large orders, chocolate tastings, putting on your shop shelves, or as an added bonus to surprise anyone you mail items out to.  It also includes Digital Bytes and the ability to share the digital items with your subscribers or email lists.

Why Happy Mail for Chocolate Lovers?  It celebrates all the things I love most in the world, art, chocolate, and snail mail.  It allows me to put a smile on your face, which honestly, is one of my favourite things to do.

Why an envelope?  Snail mail was made to travel the globe, quickly and affordably.  Okay, shipping it isn’t exactly cheap, but it is much more affordable than shipping things in a box.  The only restraints to Happy Mail are the size of the 8.5 x 5.5 inch envelope and the weight (weight varies for Happy Mail Envelopes and Choc-ful of Goodies and is reflected in their costs).

Honestly it has been a pleasure and a challenge deciding what will be included in each Happy Mail Envelope, and I think I have succeeded in always trying to surprise and delight members.

I love to bring these surprises and fun to your inbox or your doorstep regularly.
